Meet Beverly Christie
Beverly Christie is a nutritionist, menopause practitioner, Metabolic Balance® coach, and behaviour change coach who helps women understand the connection between hormones, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, stress, and sustainable lifestyle change.
Beverly brings a counseling-style presence to her coaching — calm, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in each client's self-understanding and growth. She doesn't tell women what is wrong with them. She helps them understand what is happening, so they can move forward with clarity rather than shame.
Her own experience navigating midlife changes informs her coaching. It gives her a kind of credibility that goes beyond credentials — she understands the frustration, the confusion, and the exhaustion her clients bring to a first conversation.
What Beverly is not: a medical doctor, registered dietitian, or therapist. She does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure. She educates, supports, and coaches.
My Story
Why I Created Holistic Harmony Wellness
After years of working with women in health, fitness, and nutrition coaching, I noticed a common pattern. Many women were doing everything they had been told should work—eating less, exercising more, trying new diets—yet they still felt frustrated by weight gain, fatigue, poor sleep, low confidence, and changing bodies.
What many of these women were experiencing was not a lack of effort. Their bodies were changing — hormonally, metabolically, and in how their nervous systems responded to stress.
I created Holistic Harmony Wellness to provide women with education, support, and evidence-informed coaching that helps them understand what is happening in their bodies during perimenopause and menopause — without judgment, and without being rushed toward change before they feel ready for it.
My goal is simple: help women move away from confusion and self-blame and toward understanding, confidence, and sustainable wellness practices that support long-term health.
Because when women understand their bodies, they can begin working with them rather than against them.
