Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines what to expect around payments, cancellations, and refunds across Holistic Harmony Wellness coaching programs, memberships, and digital products. By purchasing any program, membership, or digital product from Holistic Harmony Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. If anything here is unclear, please reach out before enrolling — we'd rather answer your questions up front than leave you guessing.
Discovery Calls
Complimentary Discovery Calls are offered to help determine whether our programs and services are the right fit for your needs. There is no cost or obligation, and we encourage you to ask questions before enrolling in any program.
Coaching Programs
Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services — including consultation time, program planning, individualized support, and the educational resources and coaching time provided — coaching program purchases are considered final once services have commenced. Where a separate coaching agreement is provided at enrollment, that agreement's terms apply alongside this policy.
Refund requests, where applicable, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Holistic Harmony Wellness. Requests should be submitted in writing via our Contact page, and we aim to respond within five (5) business days.
Self-Paced Programs & Digital Products
Because digital educational materials, downloadable resources, assessments, and self-paced programs provide immediate access upon purchase, all purchases of digital products and self-paced programs are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The 30-Day Menopausal Belly Solution
- The 28-Day Gut Health Reset
- Educational guides and wellness resources
- Assessments, including the TrueView Health Insights Assessment™
- Downloadable materials
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product you've purchased (for example, a broken download link), please contact us first — we will resolve access issues directly rather than through a refund or dispute.
Midlife Membership
The Midlife Membership operates on a recurring monthly basis. A minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact page.
If your cancellation notice period overlaps with an upcoming billing date, that charge will still apply, and your membership will end at the close of the billing cycle following your 30-day notice period. We will confirm your cancellation and final billing date in writing once your request is received.
Membership fees already processed are non-refundable. Unused coaching sessions, educational materials, community access, or other membership benefits do not carry forward beyond the cancellation date unless otherwise specified by Holistic Harmony Wellness.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life circumstances can occur. Requests related to exceptional circumstances may be considered individually, at the sole discretion of Holistic Harmony Wellness.
Disputing a Charge
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly first via our Contact page so we can work toward a resolution. We ask that clients use this process rather than initiating a bank or credit card chargeback without first reaching out, as doing so may delay resolution and can affect continued access to programs or membership benefits while the matter is reviewed. Holistic Harmony Wellness reserves the right to decline future enrollment for accounts with a pattern of unresolved or unfounded disputes.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable consumer protection legislation. This policy describes our standard practices and operates alongside, not in place of, those statutory rights.
